Journal of Economic Essays; an Islamic approach (JEE) "Jostārhāye Eghtesādī" is an open-access double-blind peer-reviewed academic quarterly journal that publishes original research, written with an Islamic approach in various Economic areas including Islamic economics and finance, Iran's economy, Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and economics, philosophy of economics, economic theory, Islamic economic institutions, ethics and business, Islamic banking, economic development., etc. The Journal of Economic Essays; an Islamic approach (JEE) is a quarterly scientific publication of Iran's Research Institute of Hawzah and University (RIHU); "Hawzah wa Dāneshgāh Research Institute". It is devoted to the publication of original articles, considering research ethics and academic rules and regulations. JEE’s mission is development and dissemination of knowledge of Islamic economics and finance all over the world. It serves as a scientific platform for presenting and disseminating new ideas and creating an accessible network for everyone to access the latest achievements in this field.

JEE plans to publish two special issues in English every year. We kindly invite all interested authors to submit their papers provided that the same paper has never been published before in other journals. The time limit set for receiving the completed paper for the first issue is July 1, and for the second is October 1. The Journal of Economic Essays; An Islamic Approach (JEE) is an Open- Access double-blind peer-reviewed Academic quarterly journal that publishes original research. The Journal of Economic Essays; An Islamic Approach (JEE) is committed to publishing and widely disseminating high-quality content. Our policies are closely aligned with COPE’s (Committee on Publication Ethics) Core Practices document.

+ We are pleased to announce that the journal is scheduled to be issued quarterly, 4 issues per year from the spring of 2024 onwards.
